Practical Management Solutions (PMS) was founded by Liz Illgen as a result of more than 30 years of experience in a wide variety of industries working for companies from small, owner operated to Fortune 100. In addition, she is the owner of two very different small businesses and recognizes the real challenges that every small business owner faces. Liz knows that owning your own business is one of the toughest and loneliest places to be, particularly when you don't know where to turn for help or simply don't have the time to look.

As an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB), a non-profit organization that focuses on independent research and resources to help the small business owner, Liz works with 4500 other Associates to offer expert advice and creative, easy to implement solutions to any small business owner.
